I specialize in weight loss, however I am a well rounded trainer who knows how to get you bigger, stronger and more agile! 
I played football all throughout high school, but I started to take weight lifting more seriously after I graduated. I know what it is like to go through an injury when I tore my hamstring in football. Hello! My name is Thalia Rosette, and I am a certified personal trainer, accredited by NASM. My passion for health and fitness truly ignited when I entered college. My entire childhood revolved around competitive softball, which I played until I graduated high school. Once I was no longer involved in athletics, I found myself slipping into depressive episodes, and the weight started piling on. I knew I had to make a change, but I was overwhelmed by the conflicting information available online.
As a big foodie who prefers to avoid cardio, I felt hopeless. But then, I discovered strength training, and it completely transformed my life. The mental toughness, confidence, and physical changes that come with strength training are truly priceless. 
That’s why I decided to become a personal trainer—to help others who are going through the same struggles I faced. I believe that every body is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to coaching.
